Contains pasteurized skim milk and natural yogurt cultures plus plant-based thickeners (guar gum, pectin) and citric acid. No obvious non‑halal ingredients. Note: if animal rennet were used it would matter, but cultures listed (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus) indicate normal dairy fermentation and are acceptable.
